Memorial Day Weekend

We had a very busy Memorial Day weekend!

But first of all, here's a shout out to my new cousin, Gabe Daniel...

I am so excited you arrived safely! I cannot wait to meet you in person,

and by the way, take good care of your mom and dad -

I'll give you some tips on managing the parents when we have some time to hang out!

We found out about Gabe Daniel's arrival as we were on our way to

Toledo, Ohio to visit my new friend Noah and his parents, Stan & Rochelle Sikora.

Here we all are on the banks of Lake Erie

(Lake Erie is in the background, but it wasn't all that impressive,

although the crashing waves did make me chuckle).

We headed home on Sunday in time for me to hang out with my pal, Finn Sparling...
and Brandon & Madison Nannenga!
