Our Glow Worm
At our first week appointment the Dr. requested that we go to Covenant and check Joshua's levels for jaundice. Unfortunately, the level was slightly too high so we had to have a Bili blanket delivered to the house. Over the weekend he had to have the light treatment on at all times except during diaper changes. Here are some pics...he became our own glow worm...and had a tail that reminded me of the characters on Avatar. Joshua seemed to like the treatments, as he slept almost the whole time. By Sunday his levels had lowered enough that he no longer needed the Bili Blanket. What a relief!
